Referral Terms & Conditions
Program conditions from JC Group’s October 2026 referral brief. Applications are expressions of interest while the referral system is being prepared; no personal referral link or partner account is created by this form.
Professional representation
Represent JC Group professionally and respectfully, in person, online and in writing. Misrepresentation, false promises or damage to the brand lead to immediate removal and forfeiture of pending commissions.
Who can join
Provide a valid email address and phone number, and agree to the Referral Terms & Conditions. JC Group employees and shareholders are not eligible.
Referrals, not sales
JC Group handles all client communication and closing. Do not promise outcomes, timelines or prices unless confirmed by JC Group in writing, or use our name, logo or branding without written approval.
Commission
Partners earn 10% of the package value for clients who purchase through their personal referral link and whose deal is confirmed by JC Group. Commission is calculated and paid based on cash collected from the client, as payments are received — not on sign-up. There is no cap on referrals or earnings.
Milestone rewards
10 closed referrals qualify for a free 10-day Umrah trip, with flights, accommodation and transport covered by JC Group. 20 closed referrals qualify for a free Hajj package, fully covered by JC Group.
Questions & applications
The application asks for your full name, email, phone number, country and how you heard about JC Group. It is sent through your own email app to support@jcgroupksa.com. For questions about the program, contact the same address.
